Call-off Coverage
A cleaner calls off. taskforse works the backup list on its own, in each person's language, and tells you when the shift is covered.
Clock-in with Location
Crews clock in from the building. Location captured, hours landing against the right contract.
Inspections & Proof of Work
Areas checked and issues closed on site, with before and after photos exported as the report your client already has.
Bilingual Reception
A receptionist in English and French picks up when the office can't and logs the details.
Scheduling
Recurring work set once. Open shifts surfaced early, before they become tonight's problem.
Customers & Contracts
Contacts, scope, agreements and history in one record per building.
Quoting to Invoice
Bid, quote, extras, invoice, one thread per building. Quotes chase themselves when they go quiet.
Finance & Collections
Who owes you, how long it's been, and the reminder already sent, so chasing payment stops being your evening job.

We asked 800 cleaning companies what hurts.
Built for teams of 1 to 1,000+ cleaners.
Thirty years on both sides of the contract.
Neil spent three decades in commercial property management, running $3.5 billion in real estate assets and Canada’s largest office tower at over three million square feet. He was the person who hired cleaning companies, read the monthly report and decided at renewal.
He then ran one. As CEO of Omni Facility Services, Canada’s largest janitorial company, he inherited negative EBITDA, lost market share and a bruised reputation, and rebuilt it. He sold it in the largest janitorial transaction this country had seen, then co-founded GDI Integrated Facility Services and ran it as President and board director: $250 million a year, a national platform, and one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies.
He has run a janitorial company from three employees to seven thousand. taskforse is what he wished the companies he hired had been running.
“Taskforse was designed to make a difference. A difference by developing janitorial companies beyond today, being better tomorrow. The most delivered service every night is ready to evolve. Taskforse ensures that. Practically and with the hindsight and foresight of experienced operators. Designed for jancos, by jancos.”
“The quoting process can be a long process, as well as staff call-offs and coverage. Processing and resolving client complaints and proof of our service delivery are always key, both from the perspective of us and our clients.”
“The biggest operational challenges are consistency at scale across multiple sites and teams, and having real-time visibility from the field to identify issues, hold people accountable and act before they impact the customer.”
“Recruiting and retaining dependable cleaners, maintaining consistent quality across multiple locations, and rising labour and insurance costs while clients still expect competitive pricing.”
